Fancy a sneak peek at me being a Rudding Park Wedding photographer?
How about some wedding action in York city centre?
As I said in my recent blog about this pair’s York e-shoot, having spent eight years in and around York I have a real soft spot for the place. Needless to say I’ve been looking forward to shooting Ben and Holly’s York wedding for some time.
St Michael le Belfrey sits right at the side of York Minster, where High and Low Petergate meet. It is the only remaining 16th-century church in York (built between 1525 and 1536) and was the cool place Ben and Holly chose for their wedding ceremony. It would have been rude not to take advantage of being so close to the iconic York Minster right? So we did the natural thing and made the most of the opportunity. We had a wander around the area and took some awesome wedding photographs.
But the couple’s awesome day didn’t stop there. They continued on to the stunning Rudding Park wedding venue: And I had such great fun being their Rudding Park wedding photographer! Rudding Park Hotel is a Grade I listed country house set in a 2000 acre estate at Follifoot, near Harrogate, North Yorkshire. Rudding Park House is a large, two-storey mansion that overlooks beautiful parkland and a lake. The distant views over the Vale of York, and on a clear day over to York Minster, really do make this a stunning North Yorkshire wedding venue. Oh how I loved being a Rudding Park wedding photographer and shooting my creative style images in this gorgeous setting!
I don’t want to give too much away but full brass bands and some top notch dancing are only some of the things that will be heading your way soon!
