This Newcastle wedding photographer recently had the pleasure of doing a natural engagement photography session with a lovely couple in a beautiful Yorkshire woodland, prior to their upcoming wedding near York. North Yorkshire has some beautiful scenery and a number of National Nature Reserves that are perfect for outdoor wedding and engagement photography; one of which is Skipwith Common a 660 acre nature reserve and SSSI (Site of Special Scientific Interest), and one of the very few remaining lowland heath areas in Northern England. This setting was chosen by the couple for their natural engagement photography session as it is somewhere they love to visit together and it is close to the setting for their upcoming outdoor wedding near York. Skipwith Common is part of the Escrick Park Estate which is available for parkland, garden and woodland weddings and other special occasions and this Newcastle eco wedding photographer was more than happy to travel down from the North East to Yorkshire for this exciting outdoor pre-wedding photography session in the woodlands.
The gorgeous sunlight and stunning autumn colours of the Yorkshire woodland provided the perfect setting for this natural engagement photography session, and the perfect inspiration for this Newcastle and North East eco wedding photographer. With my ‘creative juices’ flowing we headed out into the beautiful outdoor setting for a relaxing walk around the woodland, and the fun and enjoyment of a natural woodland engagement photography session.
